Youth Programming

Led by teaching artist—and former Glinda in Wicked—Marissa Miller, the Provincetown Theater's youth programming empowers discovery and artistry for the theater-makers of tomorrow to learn and explore the craft of theater from all angles: playwriting, scenic design, tech design and operation, and performing.
Each multi-day program leads participants through creating characters, building short scenes, and discovering theater as a team-based art form. Perfect for beginners and experienced performers alike, these workshops prioritize creativity, confidence-building, and community in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Our 2026 sessions take place over the following weeks:

February 16-20: Winter Vacation
April 21-25: Spring Vacation
July 27-31: Family Week in Provincetown

Our programming is made possible through the generous support of the John K. and Thirza F. Davenport Foundation and
the Kook Family Fund.
