Ticket Cancellation & Exchange Policy

All tickets are fully refundable and exchangeable within 30 days of purchase and may be made through our online ticketing software or by calling the Provincetown Box Office at (508) 487-7487.

Ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible on the day of their chosen performance if the show will be canceled. Depending on availability, tickets may be transferred to a different performance date. Refunds will also be available for all performances canceled due to the weather, or patrons may also opt to donate their tickets in the event of such cancellation.
