Box Office Hours and Policies
The Box Office is open for physical inquiries and transactions at the theater as well as online through the link below. All tickets are fully refundable and exchangeable within 30 days of purchase and may be made through our online ticketing software or by calling the Provincetown Box Office at (508) 487-7487.

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible on the day of performance. Depending on availability, tickets may be transferred to a different performance date or patrons may also opt to donate their tickets.

Saturday & Sunday Closed

Outside of standard operating hours, the Box Office will open one hour prior to curtain for any scheduled performance.
