Tim Brown is a dedicated supporter of the Provincetown Theater and an enthusiastic member of Cape Cod’s creative and inclusive community. Drawn to the region’s deep commitment to the arts and celebration of diverse voices, Tim brings his passion for culture, connection, and community engagement to his involvement with the Theater.

A sales associate with Seascape Realty, Inc., Tim has spent the past decade investing in and managing homes, inns, and properties across the Cape, building a strong network and deep local knowledge. His prior 30-year career in financial services—specifically in Equity Capital Markets—refined his strengths in negotiation, responsiveness, and detail-oriented service.

When he’s not helping clients find their place on the Cape, Tim enjoys exploring its natural beauty, cooking, staying active, and embracing all the vibrancy the Outer Cape has to offer.
