David Wilson has been a dedicated board leader and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and the arts. He has served on the Provincetown Theater Board since moving to Provincetown with his husband, Rob Compton, and was elected Board President in 2017. His commitment to leadership also includes board roles with the Human Rights Campaign, MassEquality, and GLAD.

Before retiring, David enjoyed a 30-year career with Verizon Communications, holding various middle and senior management positions across New England and New York. He later served as Vice President for Facility and Property Management Services at Spaulding and Sly, Colliers, a national real estate development firm.

David holds both a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
